Purchase of tickets
Attendance at the Tubbercurry Music Festival
By purchasing a ticket, accessing our website, or attending the event, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
General Terms
These Terms apply to all festival attendees, ticket purchasers, vendors, and website users.
Tubbercurry Music Festival reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time.
The most current version will always be available on our website.
Continued use of the website or attendance at the event constitutes acceptance of any updates.
Ticketing & Entry
All official tickets are sold through OnlineTickets.ie, our authorised ticketing partner.
By purchasing a ticket, you agree to both these Terms and the ticketing provider’s terms and conditions.
A valid ticket must be presented for entry.
Tickets are non-transferable unless permitted by the ticketing provider.
Tickets may not be resold for commercial gain.
Entry may be refused if a ticket is invalid, duplicated, or obtained unlawfully.
Re-entry (if permitted) is subject to venue policy and security approval.
Age Restrictions
Tubbercurry Music Festival is strictly an 18+ event.
Valid government-issued photo ID may be required.
Anyone unable to provide valid ID may be refused entry without refund.
Prohibited Items & Conduct
To ensure a safe and enjoyable event, the following are strictly prohibited:

Outside food or beverages
Alcohol
Illegal drugs or substances
Weapons of any kind
Fireworks or explosives
Hazardous materials
Any item deemed dangerous by security staff
Prohibited Conduct
Violence or threatening behaviour
Harassment or discrimination
Illegal activity
Excessive intoxication
Any behaviour that disrupts the safety or enjoyment of others
Anyone violating these rules may be removed from the event without refund.
Security & Searches
The festival reserves the right to conduct bag searches and security checks.
Prohibited items may be confiscated.
Security personnel may refuse entry or remove individuals who fail to comply with event policies.
Cooperation with security staff is mandatory.
Event Changes
The festival reserves the right to change event schedules, performance times, or lineups where necessary.
Such changes do not automatically entitle ticket holders to a refund.
Every effort will be made to communicate significant changes in advance.
Cancellations, Postponements & Refunds
In the event of full cancellation by the organiser, refunds will be issued in accordance with the refund policy of OnlineTickets.ie.
Refund requests must be processed via OnlineTickets.ie.
Booking or processing fees may be non-refundable, subject to the ticketing provider’s terms.
If the event is postponed, tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled date.
No refunds will be issued for:
No-shows
Late arrivals
Partial attendance
Removal due to breach of event rules
Force Majeure
Tubbercurry Music Festival shall not be liable for cancellation, delay, or disruption caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:
Extreme weather conditions
Government restrictions
Public health emergencies
Acts of God
Security threats
Industrial disputes
Venue-related issues
In such circumstances, refund eligibility will be determined in accordance with ticketing provider policies and applicable law.
Media & Photography
The festival may capture photographs and video recordings during the event.
By attending, you grant permission for your image to be used in promotional and marketing materials.
If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please notify festival staff upon arrival.
Vendors & Third-Party Services
Food, beverage, and merchandise vendors operate independently.
Vendors are responsible for their own products and services.
The festival is not liable for disputes, quality issues, or losses relating to vendor purchases.
Personal Property
The festival is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.
Attendees are responsible for safeguarding their own property.
Health & Safety
Attendees participate at their own risk.
First aid services will be available on-site.
In case of emergency, follow the instructions of festival staff and security personnel.
Any public health measures in place at the time of the event must be complied with.
Liability Disclaimer
Tubbercurry Music Festival shall not be liable for personal injury, loss, or damage except where caused by proven negligence.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where exclusion is not permitted under Irish law.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Ireland.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
